Mr. Sellers has been a practicing attorney since 1971, having served as a state and federal criminal prosecutor for 30 years, and presently engages in the general practice of law in the Finger Lakes region of New York, with offices in Tompkins County, on the Commons in Ithaca and a rural office in Schuyler County, near Watkins Glen.

Mr. Sellers is an extremely experienced, respected litigator and trial lawyer, having tried numerous cases of national significance in many states across the U.S.  Presently Mr. Sellers litigates cases in all levels of courts in Tompkins, Cortland, Broome, Ontario, and Schuyler Counties, and counties throughout the Finger Lakes region.  Mr. Sellers’ passion is for criminal law, including misdemeanor and serious felony cases, DUI/DWI, and narcotics and drug charges; he also has a civil practice involving personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, contract litigation, landlord and tenant, divorce, wills and estates, and real estate law.  Mr. Sellers is able to associate with and seek the counsel of other attorneys in the Ithaca, NY area as circumstances require.  Legal Fees are based upon the nature of the matter involved and discounts are offered for college students, there is no charge for an initial consultation.
